<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: August 16, 1977 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the City Hall in said City on Tuesday, the 16th <br />day of August, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Hess; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were James F. Andre, City Manager; <br /> <br />Roger A. Jensen of Peterson, Bell and Converse, City Attorneys; <br /> <br />Charles Honchell, City Public Works Director; and Peter S. <br />Popovich of Peterson & PopoviCh, City Bond Consultants. <br />The City Manager presented an affidavit showing publication <br /> <br />of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for Improvement <br /> <br />No. P-SS-vl-76-16 in the Roseville Sun on July 27, 1977, which <br /> <br />affidavit was examined, found satisfactory, and ordered placed <br /> <br />on file. The Hanager also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing <br />Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners. <br /> <br />The rr.ayor announced that the meeting was open for the <br /> <br />consideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assess- <br /> <br />mente All persons present were then given the opportunity to <br />present oral objections, and all written objections theretofore <br />filed with the City Manager were presented and considered, and <br />
