<br />Extract of Ninutes of Heeting of <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: August 16, 1977 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, f1innesota, 't'las <br /> <br />duly held in the City Hall in said City on Tuesday, the 16th <br />day of August, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Hess; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were James F. Andre, City Manager; <br /> <br />Roger A. Jensen of Peterson, Bell and Converse, City Attorneys, <br /> <br />Charles Honchell, City Public Horks Director; and Peter S. <br /> <br />Popovich, of Peterson & Popovich, City Bond Consultants. <br /> <br />The City Manager presented an affidavit showing publica- <br /> <br />tion of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for <br /> <br />Improvement No. P-SS-vJ-76-lS in the Roseville Sun on July 27, <br /> <br />1977, which affidavit was examined, found satisfactory, and <br /> <br />ordered placed on file. The Manager also exhibited a Certifi- <br />cate of H.ailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property <br /> <br />owners. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that tile meeting was open for the <br /> <br />consideration of Objections, if any, to said proposed assess- <br /> <br />ment. All persons present were then given the opportunity to <br /> <br />present oral Objections, and all written objections theretofore <br />
