<br />A-I Anderson M::lved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />neeting of August 22, 1977, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Hess and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Mayor Derros proclairred the week of September 17-23, 1977
<br />as Constitution Week, urging all citizens to visit the local
<br />library to learn rrore of the basic rights and responsibilities
<br />am advantages of Atrerican citizenship.

<br />B-1 Curley fuved, Hess Seconded, that Resolution No. 6547 order-
<br />ing Irrproverrent UL-77-9, Plan #2, orncurental street lights on
<br />Shorewood Lane from Lydia to Wheeler:,.~ be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Anderson, Cur ley, Grauel, Hess and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />B-1 Curley MJved, Hess Seconded, that Resolution No. 6548 order-
<br />ing Improverrent UL-77-10, Alternate #2, with two orncurental
<br />lights, for Galtier Circle from Transit to the north end of
<br />cuI de sac, be adcpted. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel, Hess and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />B-1 Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 6549
<br />ordering Irrproverrent W-77-14, Lexington Avenue from Rorna to
<br />I.aIpenteur Avenue, be adopted . Roll Call, Ayes : Amerson,
<br />CUr ley, Grauel, Hess and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />B-2 Hess MJved, Anderson Seconded, that Fesolution No. 6550
<br />adopting and confirming assessnents for Improverrent P-75-3
<br />(Snelling Service Drive) be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Hess and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />B-3 Grauel fuved, Anderson Seconded, that Joseph Bach I S request
<br />for special use permit and division of lot at 1901 STH 36 be
<br />approved with the condition that the development be constructed
<br />in accordance with the plan dated August 1, 1977, and that the
<br />landscaping be rrodified and approved by the City Planner. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Hess am Derros. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />B-4 Anderson fuved, Curley Seconded, that Arthur Beisang's request
<br />for special use permit at 1381 and 1385 Centennial Drive be
<br />approved with the condition that bnly the rOllCMing rredical
<br />devices may be manufactured: biological dressings, vascular
<br />grafts and heart valves. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel, Hess and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />B-5 Curley fuved, Anderson Seconded, that Zantigo I s request for
<br />special use permit, division of lot am variance to sign size
<br />at 1895 West Perirreter Drive be approved with the condition that
<br />the development be constructed in accordance with the plan dated
<br />July 27, 1977, and that the landscaping be rrodified and approved
<br />by the City Planner. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel
