<br />meeting of October 10, 1977, be cancelled as it is a legal
<br />holiday, and a special Council rreeting be set for 5: 30 P.M.,
<br />Tuesday, October 11, 1977, to consider bids for rema:1elling
<br />the old City Hall. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel,

<br />request for temporary penni t at 2750 North Victoria (old (Masso
<br />School) to store certi'lin items from the Lakeridge Health Care

<br />use the east side of the second floor for a small design de-
<br />Partrrent be approved with the follCMing conditions:

<br />1. That the terrporary permit be limited to a two year
<br />period.

<br />2. That the building be upgraded and maintained during
<br />the two year period
<br />
<br />3. That the grounds be cleaned up, rrowed and maintained
<br />during the two year period
<br />
<br />4. That no rrore than 3 persons would be working on the
<br />premises in the design departrrent
<br />
<br />5. That all storage occur on the inside of the structure
<br />am in conformance with the fire code.

<br />2075 Rice Street be set for Council public hearing on
<br />O::tober 17, 1977. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel,
<br />Hess and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Metropolitan Systems Staterrent for the City of Roseville
<br />issued June 23, 1977. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley,

<br />Anderson Moved, Hess Seconded, that the City Manager be
<br />authorized to make application for Planning Assistance Grant
<br />from the Metropolitan Council in the aIIDunt of $10,009.06.
