<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - September 19, 1977.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Darns, Councilmen Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Hess.
<br />
<br />A-I Anderson Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of September 12, 1977 be approved, Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Hess and Darns. Nays: None,
<br />
<br />B-1 Grauel Moved, Hess Seconded, that Charles Christenson's
<br />request for final plat at 2566 HaInline Avenue be continued
<br />until the Council meeting of September 26, 1977. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Hess and Dams,
<br />
<br />B-2 Grauel Moved, Hess Seconded, that Fred O'Neill's request
<br />for final plat "F. C. O'Neill Addition" at 2325 North Dale
<br />Street be continued until the Council meeting of October 17,
<br />1977. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Olrley, Grauel, Hess and
<br />DEmOS. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-3 Grauel Moved, Hess Seconded, that Murlowski & Reiling's
<br />request for final plat be continued until the Council meet-
<br />ing of SeptEmber 26, 1977. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Curley, Grauel, Hess and Darns. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />C-l Anderson Moved, Hess Seconded, that a work session be
<br />established immediately following the Council meeting to
<br />review the six year capital improvanent program for Parks
<br />and Recreation. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Olrley, Grauel,
<br />Hess and Daros, Nays: None.
<br />
<br />C-2 Grauel Moved, Hess Seconded, that NovEmber 17, 1977, be set
<br />as the date for the volunteer board members banquet 0 Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Anderson, Olr ley, Grauel, Hess and Derros.
<br />Nays: None..
<br />
<br />B-1 Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that payment of the
<br />commissioner's award dated June 14, 1977, as it pertains
<br />to Parcel No, 3, Roseville Project 75-14, Easanent No.4,
<br />be made as set forth in the City Attorney's letter of
<br />Septanber 13, 1977, to acquire certain land in fee simple
<br />for the collection, storage and pending of waters. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Hess and Denns.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-2 Hess Moved, Grauel Seconded, that temporary slope easements
<br />on Proj ect 76-9 be obtained for those parcels and in the
<br />amounts as set forth in the City Attorney's letter dated
<br />Septanber 13, 19770 Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel, Hess and Derros, Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-3 Grauel Moved, Hess Seconded, that temporary slope easements
<br />No. 38 in the sum of $30 and No. 39 in the sum of $31.50 on
<br />Project 76-23 be obtained. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curely,
<br />Grauel, Hess and Derros. Nays: None.
