<br />'Ihe City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />rrembers present: Mayor DeIros, Counci1rren Curley, Grauel,
<br />Hess and Anderson.

<br />E-l Hess MJved, Curley Seconded, that George Sullivan's request
<br />for minor variance to side yard setback at 1802 Oakcrest Avenue
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: CUrley, Grauel, Hess, Anderson
<br />ani DeIros. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-2 Curley M::>ved, Grauel Seconded, that Janes Pate's request for
<br />minor variance to side yard setback at 449 Glenwood be approved.
<br />Poll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Hess, Arrlerson and D::!nos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />E-3 Hess MJved, Anderson Seconded, that consideration of the low
<br />bid of Roger Sheehy be continued until such time as the
<br />architect and staff can evaluate the bid and consider other
<br />alternatives for rerrod.elling the old city hall. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />E-4 Grauel M::>ved, Curley Seconded, that John Jaeger's request for
<br />variance to place a new garage in front of the existing hare
<br />at 996 West County Road B-2 be referred to the Planning Carro-
<br />ission meeting of Novenber 2, 1977. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Den'os. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel M::>ved, Curley Seconded, that the request of Peter Cook
<br />for special use permit and division of lot at 1899 west
<br />Perirretel. Drive be referred to the Planning Cornnission rreeting
<br />of November 2, 1977, and the Council public hearing be established
<br />for Noverrber 14, 1977. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Hess,
<br />Anderson and DeIros. Nays: None.

<br />E-5 Grauel M::>ved, Hess Seconded, that a public hearing be established
<br />for October 31, 1977, on the request of IeBristro Cafe for on-sale
<br />and Special Sunday liquor licenses at the Rosedale Shopping
<br />Center. Poll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Hess, Anderson and
<br />Den'os. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />I-I Anderson M::>ved, Hess Seconded, that the rreeting be adjourned
