<br />A-I Grauel M::lved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />rreeting of October 17, 1977, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Derros. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />A-2 Hess M::lved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the special
<br />meeting of Ck:tober 26, 1977, be approved. Poll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cur ley, Grauel, Hess, Anderson am Derros. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that LeBistro Cafe's request
<br />for on-sale and special Sunday liquor licenses for 1978 at the
<br />Rcsedale Shopping Center be approved with the condition that
<br />the applicant shall provide a copy of the liquor liability
<br />insurance policy and Certificate of Insurance prior to the
<br />license being issued. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Hess,
<br />Anderson and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />B-2 CUrley M::lved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 6568
<br />approving Murla.vski & Reiling's request for final plat of
<br />5 lots between Dellwood and Fernwood on the south side of
<br />Josephine Poad, with the condition that lot 5 be held for pend-
<br />ing purposes and that the north 20 feet of Lots 1 thru 5 be
<br />dedicated for a utility easerrenti and continuing the remaining
<br />portion of the plat until the Rice Creek Watershed District
<br />carpletes its study of the area at which tirre the Planning
<br />Ccmnission will conduct a public hearing on the plat be adopted.

<br />B-3 Anderson M::lved, Hess Seconded, that Herbert Kath's request
<br />for final plat at 2125 Hamline Avenue be continued until the
<br />Council rneeting of Novenber 14, 1977. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson and raoos. Nays: None.

<br />E-l Grauel M::lved, Hess, Seconded, that Resolution No. 6569 accepting
<br />bid on the sale of $1,600,000 General Obligation Inproverrent
<br />Bonds, Series 9, providing for their issuance and levying a tax
<br />for the payrrent thereof be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />of the Cleanco Truck Wash special use perIni t be continued to
<br />Decerrber 12, 1977. Poll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Hess,

<br />E-3 Grauel Moved, CUrley Seconded, that Resolution No. 6570
<br />declaring adequacy of petition and ordering preparation of a
<br />feasibility study on Inproverrent UI.r77-2l, street lights on
<br />Grandview Avenue east of Matilda Street, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Denos. Nays:
<br />None.
