<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - Noverrber 14, 1977.

<br />'I'he City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />IreITlbers present: Mayor Derros, Councilmen Grauel, Hess,
<br />Anderson and CUrley.
<br />
<br />A-I Grauel Moved, Hess Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of O::tober 31, 1977, be approved. Poll Call, Ayes:
<br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson, CUr ley arrl Derros. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />A-2 Curley .tvbved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the special
<br />meeting of November 9, 1977, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Grauel, Hess, Cur ley and DeIros. Nays: None. Abstentions:
<br />COuncilroan Anderson abstained as he was absent fran the meeting.

<br />B-1 Anderson llived, Hess Seconded, that Herbert Kath' s request
<br />for final plat at 2126 North Hamline Avenue be continued
<br />until the meeting of November 28, 1977. Poll Call, Ayes:
<br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson, Curley arrl Derros. Nays: None.

<br />B-2 CUrley Moved, Hess Seconded, that Peter Cook's request for
<br />special use permit and division of lot at 1899 West Peri-
<br />meter Drive be approved with the condition that the develop-
<br />ment be constructed in accordance with the plans dated
<br />November 10, 1977. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson,
<br />CUrley and lEnDs. Nays: None.

<br />E-l Hess Moved, Curley Seconded, that Albert Schreiber's request
<br />for variance to side yard setback at 1890 and 1900 lexington
<br />Avenue De approved with the condition that the exterior
<br />material of the new garage be the same as the existing garages.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson, Curley and Derros.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />E-2 Anderson Moved, Hess Seconded, that Janes Birch's request for
<br />division of lot at 3000 Troseth Road be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson, CUrley and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />E-3 CUrley Moved, Hess Seconded, that John Jaeger's request for
<br />variance to place a new garage in front of an existing hare at
<br />996 West COunty Road B-2 be approved with the condition that
<br />once the new hooe is constructed the older home and garage
<br />will be rerroved. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson,
<br />Cur ley and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />E-4 Grauel fuved, Hess Seconded, that Robert Dustin's request for
<br />vacation of right-of-way at the southwest corner of Chatsworth
<br />and Millwood Avenue be set for a public hearing on Decenber 19,
<br />1977. Poll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson, Curley and
<br />Derros. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-S Anderson tI'.oved, Curley Seconded, that Northwestern College's
<br />request to extend the variance which permits five students to
<br />reside in a 2 bedroom apartment at 2815, 2825, 2835 and 2845
<br />Pascal Avenue be approved until June 1, 1979. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson, Curley and I:aros. Nays: None.
