<br />a project conpletion date of June 1, 1978. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Budget be am::!nded to appropriate an additional $40,000 for
<br />renndeling the old City Hall from the 1978 Revenue Sharing

<br />Curley and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />E-12 Grauel Moved, Hess Seconded, that $3,500 be appropriated for
<br />expenses incidental to the selection of a new police chief
<br />and authorize the city Manager to transfer said arrount from
<br />available budget balances or the contingency account. FoIl

<br />Chapter 210 of the City COde of the City of Roseville provid-
<br />ing for the control of Dutch Elm and Oak Wilt disease be

<br />and I:aros. Nays: None.

<br />Hess MJved, Grauel Seconded, that a city policy be adopted
<br />providing that the private property owner would be special
<br />assessed, in accordance with Section 210 of the City Cede,
<br />for any expenses associated with the renoval of diseased
<br />trees, less any funds received fran the State for such rerroval.

<br />to the low bidder, C. S. McCrossan, Inc. Roll Call, Ayes:
