<br />B-2 Hess M:wed, Anderson Seconded, that the request of Herbert Kath
<br />to continue the public hearing on final plat at 2125 Harnline
<br />Avenue until the Council meeting of January 9, 1978, be approved.

<br />B-3 Anderson MJved, Hess Seconded, that Interstate D::!t:roit Diesel's
<br />request for special use permit at 1975 Oakcrest Avenue be

<br />B-4 Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Paster Enterprises request
<br />for rezoning from B-2 to B-3, special use permit and variance
<br />to setback at 1741 Iexington Avenue be continued until the
<br />Council rreeting of January 16, 1978. FoIl Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Hess, Curley, Grauel and Cerros. Nays: None.

<br />B-5 Anderson Moved, Hess Seconded, that Fesolution No. 6593
<br />vacating one half of the Richrrond road right-of-way at 986
<br />Millwood Avenue be adopted. FoIl Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Hess, Curley, Grauel and Cerros. Nays: None.

<br />Anderson Moved, Hess Seconded, that a street and utility
<br />easement for one half of the right of way of 986 Millwood
<br />Avenue be accepted from Robert Dustin. FoIl Call, Ayes:

<br />Anderson Moved, Hess Seconded, that Project 77-2 should be
<br />dropped fram Carrbined Improvements 76-18, 76-22 and 77-7.

<br />further that the new council rrembers be notified of the rreeting.
