<br />'Ihe city Council met on the above date with the following
<br />rrerrbers present: Mayor ~rros, Councilmen CUrley, Franke,

<br />&-1 Anderson t-twed, Franke Seconded, to oontinue Paster Enterprises
<br />request for rezoning fran B-2 to B-3, special use permit and
<br />variance to setback at 1741 Lexington Avenue until the Council
<br />meeting of February 27, 1978. :Ebll Call, Ayes: CUrley, Franke,
<br />Kehr, Anderson and ~s. Nays: None.

<br />C-l CUrley ~d, Anderson Seconded, to confinn the appointIrent
<br />by the Mayor of Clayton Knutson to a third three year term
<br />on the Police Civil Service Camnission, beginning January 1,
<br />1978 and ending ~cember 31, 1980. Roll Call, Ayes: CUrley,
<br />Franke, Kehr, Anderson and Derros. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Anderson ~ved, Kehr Seconded, to appoint Bill Atkins to a
<br />third three year tenn on the Parks & Recreation Camni ttee
<br />beginning October 12, 1976 and ending ~tober 12, 1979.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr, Anderson and Derros.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-l CUrley M::wed, Franke Seconded, that the City Manager be
<br />authorized to sign O1ange Order No. 1 for the rem:xlelling
<br />of the old city hall, which decreases the contract arrount
<br />$2,164.50. :Ebll Call, Ayes: CUrley, Franke, Kehr,
<br />Anderson and ~s. Nays: None.

<br />E-2 Anderson t-twed, Kehr Seconded, that the Manager be authorized
<br />to execute a lease between the City of Ibseville and Ramsey
<br />County for the use of court space. Ibll Call, Ayes: CUrley,
