<br />Curley t-bved, Anderson Seconded that the Comcil join with the Mayor in
<br />proclaiming May 3, 1978, as "Sm Day". Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,

<br />B-1 Anderson t-bved, Franke Seconded, that Herbert Kath' s request for final
<br />plat at 2125 Hamline Avenue be continued until the Council rreeting of
<br />March 27, 1978. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Anderson, CUrley, Kehr, and
<br />Dem:>s. Nays: None.

<br />B- 2 Anderson t-bved, Kehr Seconded that Glen Stockman's request for special
<br />use permit at 2370 Prior Avenue be approved with the condition that the
