<br />Extract of f1inutes of r1eeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Hinnesota <br /> <br />Held: August 15, 1978 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, ~1innesota, was <br />duly held in the City Hall in said City on Tuesday; the 15th <br />day of August, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Franke and Kehri and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were: James F. Andre, City Manager; <br /> <br />Charles Honchell, City Public Works Director; Doug Strong of <br /> <br />the City Public lll]orks Department; and Peter S. Popovich of <br /> <br />Peterson, Popovich, Knutson & Flynn, city Bond Consultants. <br />The City 11anager presented an affidavit showing publica- <br /> <br />tion of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for <br /> <br />Improvement No. UL-77-l0 in the Rosevi1le Sun on July 26, 1978, <br /> <br />which affidavit was examined, found satisfactory, and ordered <br /> <br />placed on file. The Manager also exhibited a Certificate of <br />11ailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners. <br />After brief presentations by the Public Works Director and <br /> <br />City Bond Consultant, the Mayor announced that the meeting was <br />open for the consideration of objections, if any, to said <br /> <br />proposed assessment. All persons present were then given the <br /> <br />opportunity to present oral objections, and all written objec- <br /> <br />tions theretofore filed with the City ~~nager were presented <br />
