and considered, and all such objections were tabulated as fol-

lows:

There were no written communications.

MRS. LINDA SINNA, 3116 N. Victoria: Has already been
assessed for sewer and water. Asked if the corner lots would be
assessed for the full side. r~. Honchel1 replied that homes
that already have sewer and water on Victoria would only be
assessed for 25 feet along the side lot. He further said that
the Council would have to decide if those side lots would be
assessed at all. Mayor Demos said that since they already have
service she sees no reason for additional service.

MRS. ~1ARIE HINZ, 2995 West Owasso: Said she has the same
situation as Mrs. Sinna. They have water and sewer on their
front lot and don't think they should have to pay for it a
second time. Mr. Honchell replied that the Council would make
a decision as to whether or not a benefit occurred. He also
said that the existing sanitary sewer that was built in 1962
ran down Avon and Brenner to OWasso and only trunk assessments
were made. Therefore, they were only partially assessed since
they were able to connect to the trunk sewer, but they had
never been assessed the lateral charge. Mr. Honchell further
said that they were being given credit for what they had
already been assessed. ~tr. Strong mentioned that they had
never paid the trunk assessment on the side.

Mrs. Hinz then askbd if she would have to pay an assess-
ment on her back lot - Lot 30. Mayor Demos said that would be
considered a new lot and Mrs. Hinz would, therefore, have to
pay the assessment around the corner because they have the
advantage of connecting on either side.

MR. PAUL TRACY, 17205 May Avenue, Marine on St. Croix: His
lots are on 1822 - 1826 Millwood. He said the street was never
black-topped because it's under water because the storm sewers
that were put in aren't working and the street runs uphill
instead of downhill toward the pond. Mr. Honchel1 pointed out
that the hearing had to do with water and sewer, and not storm
sewers. He mentioned, however, that the City is working to
correct the storm sewer problem.

MRS. THORA BERGREN, 3015 West Owasso Blvd.: Asked why she
should have to pay assessments for West OWasso and also on
Brenner. She said she had called the City Hall and been told
her assessment was $llOO. Mr. Strong rechecked the assessment
book and told her the assessment was only $436.36.

MR. FRANK USENIK, 2955 West Owasso Blvd.: Said that the
back end of his lot was taken without an easement and a number
