<br />Extract of I1inutes of Heeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Hinnesota <br /> <br />Held: August 15, 1978 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, ftinnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the City Hall in said City on Tuesday, the 15th <br />day of August, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Hayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Franke and Kehr, and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were: James F. Andre, City rianager; <br /> <br />Charles Honchell, City Public Horks Director; Doug Strong of <br /> <br />the City Public Works Department; and Peter S. Popovich of <br /> <br />Peterson, Popovich, Knutson & Flynn, City Bond Consultants. <br /> <br />The City rianager presented an affidavit showing publica- <br /> <br />tion of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for <br /> <br />Improvement No. SS-W-P-77-7 in the Roseville Sun on July 26, <br /> <br />1978, which affidavit was examined, found satisfactory, and <br /> <br />ordered placed on file. The Nanager also exhibited a Certifi- <br /> <br />cate of I:lailing :Notice of Hearing to all affected property <br /> <br />owners. <br /> <br />After brief presentations by tile Public Works Director <br />and City Bond Consultant, the Hayor announced that the meeting <br /> <br />was open for tile consideration of objections, if any, to said <br /> <br />proposed assessment. All persons present were then given the <br /> <br />opportunity to present oral Objections, and all written objec- <br />
