<br />Extract of runutes of I'ieeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, I1innesota <br /> <br />Held: August 15, 1978 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, I1innesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the City Hall in said City on Tuesday, the 15th <br />day of August, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The follo~dng members ''''ere present ~ I'layor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Franke and Kehr; and the following <br /> <br />were absent~ ~one. <br /> <br />Also in attendance l",ere g James F. Andre I City Hanager, <br /> <br />Charles Honchell, City Public r'Jorks Director, Doug Strong of <br /> <br />the City Public Works Department; and Peter S. Popovich of <br /> <br />Peterson, Popovich, Knutson & Flynn, City Bond Consultants. <br />The City Hanager presented an affidavit sho"Jing publica- <br /> <br />tion of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for <br /> <br />Improvement No. P-77-8 in the Rosevi1le Sun on July 26, 1978, <br /> <br />which affidavit was examined, found satisfactory, and ordered <br /> <br />placed on file. The r~nager also exhibited a Certificate of <br /> <br />Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners. <br /> <br />After brief presentations by the Public Ivorks Director <br />and City Bond Consultant, the I'iayor announced that the meeting <br /> <br />was open for the consideration of objections, if any, to said <br /> <br />proposed assessment. All persons present were then given the <br /> <br />opportunity to present oral objections, and all written objec- <br /> <br />tions theretofore filed with the City Hanager were presented <br />
