EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the eleventh day of March, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, Haschka, Johnson, Thomas, and Rog, and the following were absent: None. Member Cushman adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. 8664 WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the city on April 27, 1990, T. A. Schifsky and Sons, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the improvement associated with 1990 Contract A. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by CouncilmemberMaschaad upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA SS COUNTY OF RAMSEY I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manger of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 11th day of March, 1991, with the original thereof on file in my office.
