Absent: Mayor Eenos and Counci lman Kehr 0 E'-l Anderson fuved, Franke Seconded, that the bids on the Central Park Shelter Building which were received on Tuesday, CCtober 10, 1978, be rejected. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Anderson and CUrley. Nays: None. E--2 Franke fuved, Anderson Seconded, that the fo.'layor and Manager be authorized to sign a joint pavers agreerrent with the City of Shorevie.v and an engineering agreerrent with the consulting firm of Short, Elliott and Hendrickson, conce:rning a stonn drainage study for the area near the COImDn boundary west of West ONasso Boulevard, identified as part of Project 76-23. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Anderson and Curley. Nays: None 0 E--3 Anderson M:>\ed, Franke Seconded, that a public hearing be established on Country Kitchen I s request for rezoning from R-6 to B-2 and division of lot at 2257 Ri.ce Street for Nov- eITber 13, 1978. Nays: None. ~"4 Anderson ~\ed, Franke Seconded, that that part of lot 16, Thornton's Subdivision of the Northeast Quarter of Section 13, T. 29, R 23, except the West 87052 feet thereof lying between the North one acre of said lot 16, and the north line of Block 1, Schwarz's Subdivision of part of lot 16 of 'lhornton's Sub- division of the Northeast Quarter of Section 13, To 29, Ro 23, be added to the Valley Addition subdivision which was previously approved by the Council.
