<br />A-I Kehr tbved, Franke Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />rreeting of Iecenber 4, 1978, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Anderson, Cur ley and Ienos. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />
<br />C-l Curley t-bved, Anderson Seconded, that a C01.ll1cil Work Session
<br />be established for 6: 30 P.M., January 8, 1979, for the pur-
<br />IX>ses of discussing organizational business and industrial
<br />revenue bonds. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Anderson,
<br />Cur ley and r:erros. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />C-2 Franke ~bved, Kehr Seconded, that January 17, 1979, be
<br />established as the deadline for receiving applications for
<br />the Roseville Hurran Rights Corrmission and the Police Civil
<br />Service Commission, and also establishing January 22, as
<br />the date for making these apIX>intrrents. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Franke, Kehr, Anderson, Curley and r::ernos. Nays: None.

<br />E-l Curley rbved, Anderson Seconded, that Connelly and Campion's
<br />request for preliminary plat at 1870 A1 ta Vista Drive be
<br />approved \vi th the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. 'Ihat an additional 10 feet of right-of-way be
<br />dedicated on Alta Vista Drive
<br />2. 'Ihat the St. Paul Water Works property (40' \vide
<br />strip) be shovm as o'v'med by the Water l'Iorks rather
<br />than as an easerrent
<br />3. 'Ihat the property ovmed by f'.1r. Campion north of the
<br />40' strip be platted as an outlot
<br />-1. 'Ihat 10' drainage easerrents centered on each side
<br />lot line be provided and that a 20' drainage ease-
<br />rrent along the rear property line of Lots 2, 3, 4
<br />and 5 be provided
<br />5. 'Ihat a 10' utility easerrent be provided on the west-
<br />ern portion of the property with the specific loc-
<br />ation to be determined by the Public \\1orks Director;
<br />
<br />and that a public hearing be established for Jenua0J 8, 1979
<br />on the final plat; and also, that the Council recorrrrends to
<br />any future Council that any request for variance to front
<br />yard setback for these lots be denied. Roll Call, Ayes:
