<br />regarding p:rticipation in Minnesota Cities Week be adopted.

<br />C-l Curley M:>ved, Ke.hr Seconded, that Robert Matson, 2T74
<br />Iellwood Avenue be appointed to the Roseville Human Rights
<br />Corrmission to fill the unexpired term of Mr. Bob LaShomb,
<br />expiring March 31, 1980; and instructing the City Manager
<br />to send a thank you letter to Mr. LaShorrb for his service
<br />on the Corrmission. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Franke,
<br />Kehr and ~s. Nays: None.

<br />to the Roseville Police Civil Service Conmission for a term

<br />E-2 Curley M:>ved, Franke Seconded, that the St. Paul Association
<br />of Insurance 1iVorl'en request for a gambling license to conduct
<br />a raffle at Michelanglo' s, 1744 North Lexington Avenue be
<br />approved and that the following requirerrents be waived~
<br />
<br />1.. That the requirerrent for fidelity bond on the
<br />bingo roanager.
<br />2. The requirerrent that the raffle be conducted on
<br />pr~ses owned or leased by the applicant.
