<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Special ~1eeting of the City Council - February 28, 1979. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Franke, Anderson, <br />Curl ey and Kehr. <br /> <br />A-l Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 6793 <br />ordering Improvement P-78-l5, Highcrest Road from County <br />Road C-2 to County Road D, and agreeing to the state re- <br />quirement of restricting parking to only one side (west <br />side parking favored) and calling for preparation of plans <br />be adopted, Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Anderson, Curley, <br />Kehr and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />A-2 <br /> <br />Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 6794 <br />Improvement SS-P-78-l7, County Road C-2 from <br />Long Lake Road (sanitary sewer services, paving, <br />gutter) and calling for preparation of plans be <br />Ro 11 Call, Ayes: Franke, Anderson, Curl ey, Kehr <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Anderson <br />ordering <br />STH 8 to <br />curb and <br />adopted <br />and Demos <br /> <br />A-3 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolutlon No 6795 <br />ordering Improvement SS-W-ST-P-78-29, (County Road C-2 <br />from Snelling to Hamline) - storm sewer, paving, curb and <br />gutter, sanitary sewer and water services - as per Alternate <br />A and agreeing to the state requirement of restricting park- <br />ing to only one side (south side parking favored) and calling <br />for preparation of plans be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, <br />Anderson, Curley, Kehr and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />A-4 Franke moved, Anderson seconded that Resolution No. 6796 <br />ordering improvement ST-78-l4, Roseplace/Dellwood area and <br />calling for preparation of plans be adopted- Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Franke, Anderson, Curley, Kehr and Demos Nays: None <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the meeting be <br />adjourned at 9:20 P.M Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Anderson, <br />Curley, Kehr and Demos.
