<br />rreeting of April 9, 1979, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />curley, Anderson, Franke, Kehr and Denos. Nays: None.

<br />B-1 Kehr M:Jved, Franke Seconded, that Mark Cairns request for
<br />relocation of a dwelling at 2928 Old Highway 8 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Anderson, Franke, Kehr and DeIros.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />B-2 Anderson fuved, Kehr Seconded, that Four Star Futures, Inc.
<br />dba David's Old Tine Restaurant and Deli application for
<br />wine license at 2380 West County Road D be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Anderson, Franke, Kehr and DeIros.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />B-3 Curley M:>ved, Anderson Seconded, that Denny's, Inc. appjbication
<br />for wine license at 1880 West Perirreter Drive be approved.

<br />1 Anderson MJved, Kehr Seconded, that May 21, 1979, be
<br />established as the deadline for receiving applications
<br />for the vacancy on the Hunan Rights Cornnission, and est-
<br />ablishing June 11, 1979, as the date for making the appoint-
<br />ne:nt. Roll Call, Ayes: curley, Anderson, Franke, Kehr and
<br />DeIros. Nays: None.

<br />C-2 Kehr r-kwed, Curley Seconded, that a Council Work Session
<br />be established i.nnediately following the Council rreeting to
<br />discuss policy issues. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Anderson,
<br />Franke, Kehr and DeIros. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Anderson fuved, Kehr Seconded, that the regular Council
<br />meeting scheduled for May 28, be cancelled as it is a holiday
<br />and that the second regular rreeting c~May be established for
<br />May 21. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Anderson, Franke, Kehr and
<br />DeIros. Nays: None.

<br />E-l Curley M:>ved, Anderson Seconded, that Theodore Felger's
<br />request for minor variance to side yard setback at 2996
<br />Troseth Road be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Anderson,
<br />Franke, Kehr and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />E-2 Anderson MJved, Kehr Seconded, that the tree rerroval contract
<br />for 1979, Part A, Public Trees, be awarded to the low bidder,
<br />Walsh, Inc. at $4.25 per inch for an estimated total of
<br />$62,220.00. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Anderson, Franke, Kehr
<br />and Derros. Nays: None.
