<br />A-I Kehr fuved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the rreeting
<br />of April 23, 1979, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley lbved, Kehr Seconded, that the Council join with the
<br />M3.yor in proclaiming the week of May 28 through June 3, as
<br />"Vietnam Veterans Week" in Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />:&-1 Anderson M)ved, Kehr Seconded, that Michels Brothers request
<br />for rezoning from R-l to R-2 and preliminary plat at 2416
<br />Iexington Avenue be approved and that a public hearing be
<br />established on the final plat for the Council rreeting of
<br />June 11, 1979. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Kehr, Curley and
<br />I::erros. Nays: None.

<br />for final plat at 3065 Millwood be continued lll1til the Council
<br />rreeting of May 21, 1979. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Kehr,

<br />rezoning from R-l to R-2 and division of lot at 634 County
<br />Road C be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Kehr, CUrley
<br />and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />E-l Kehr M)ved, Anderson Seconded, that Thomas Willmus' request
<br />for variance to floor area ratio at 2500 Cleveland Avenue
<br />be approved subject to the Rice Creek Watershed District
<br />approval of the developnent plans. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Kehr, Curley and I::erros. Nays: None.

<br />:&-2 Curley fuved, Anderson Seconded, that Albert Bruckner's request
<br />for division of lot at 523 Roselawn Avenue be approved with
<br />the condition that a sanitary sewer easerrent be provided as
<br />required by the Public Works Director. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Kehr, Curley and I::erros. Nays: None.

<br />E-3 Anderson ~bved, Kehr Seconded, that William Johnson's request
<br />for variance to sign setback at 627 LarPenteur Avenue be
