<br />'Ihe City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />rrembers present: Mayor DeIros, Councilmen CUrley, Kehr and
<br />Anderson. Absent: Councilman Franke.

<br />A-I CUrley M:wed, Kehr Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of May 14, 1979, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: CUrley, Kehr,
<br />Anderson and DeIros. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Anderson MJved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 6818
<br />ordering Improverrent ST--W- P-8W-79-4, Snelling and County
<br />Road C-2 area, and authorizing the preparation of final plans
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: CUrley, Kehr, Anderson and
<br />Derros . Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Anderson MJved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 6819
<br />approving the plans for the construction of the service
<br />road on the east side of Snelling Avenue from 250' north of
<br />County Road C-2 to 1320' south of County Road C-2 be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: CUrley, Kehr, Anderson and DeIros. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />
<br />Anderson fuved, Kehr Seconded, that the City be authorized
<br />to enter into a corporative agreement with the State to have
<br />them achieve the construction of said project 6216-83 (Sl=125),
<br />also known as City Project 79-4, subject to review by the City
<br />Attorney. Roll Call, Ayes: CUrley, Kehr, Anderson and Derros.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-2 CUrley fuved, Kehr Seconded, that C':eorge Reiling's request
<br />for final plat at 3065 Millwood Avenue be continued until the
<br />Council meeting of July 23, 1979. Roll Call, Ayes: CUrley,
<br />Kehr, Anderson and Derms. Nays: None.

<br />E-l Kehr MJved, Anderson Seconded, that John Rusterholtz's
<br />request for minor variance to side yard setback at 2787
<br />Marion Street be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: CUrley, Kehr,
<br />,Anderson and Derms. Nays: None.

<br />E-2 CUrley MJved, Kehr Seconded, that James Harrington's request
<br />for minor variance to side yard setback at 259 Capitol Vie;,v
<br />Circle be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: CUrley, Kehr, Anderson
<br />and Derros. Nays: None. .

<br />E-3 Kehr MJved, Anderson Seconded, that John Andres request for
<br />minor variance to side yard setback at 1230 Josephine Road

<br />E-4 CUrley MJved, Kehr Seconded, that the reV1Slons to the
<br />Contrem, Inc. site plan as shown on the plans dated May 14,
