<br />receiving feasibility report for storm sevver and paving in
<br />the Ierington Avenue - Cormty Road C-2 area, identified as
<br />Project 79-12, and calling for a hearing on the irrprover!EI1t
<br />for July 23, 1979, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Anderson, Franke and Curley. Nays: None.

<br />feasibility study on Project 79-8, construction of sanitary
<br />sewer on Al ta Vista Drive, be continued to the zreeting of
<br />July 9, 1979. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Anderson, Franke and
<br />Curley. Nays: None.

<br />receiving the feasibility study for the construction of
<br />Improverrent 79- 3, Cormty Road B- 2 and Oxford area, as
<br />aITEnded, to provide one set of services per lot and ordering
<br />the irnproverrent and preparation of plans be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Anderson, Franke and Curley. Nays: None.

<br />E-4 Anderson fuved, Franke Seconded, that the City Attorney be
<br />authorized to prepare an agreerrent between the owner of the
<br />Michels-Sheets Subdivision and the City of Roseville for cost
<br />sharing on a storm sewer along the west side of Hamline Avenue
<br />from Oakcrest 300 feet north. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Anderson, Franke and Curley. Nays: None"

<br />regarding apportionrrent of assessrrents on the requested
<br />division of properties by Ramsey County be adopted. Roll
