<br />A-I Kehr MJved, Franke Seconded, that the minutes of the rreeting
<br />of June 25, 1979, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr ,
<br />Anderson, Franke and CUrley. Nays: None. Abstention:
<br />Mayor DeIros abstained as she was absent fram the rreeting.

<br />B-1 Curley MJved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 6831
<br />approving Darrell Farr's request for final plat at 1711
<br />County Road B be adopted subject to review and approval of
<br />the Public Works Director. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Anderson,
<br />Franke, Curley and DeIros. Nays: None.

<br />B-2 Franke MJved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 6832
<br />approving Janes House's request for final plat at 2411
<br />RiCE Street be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Anderson,
<br />Franke, Curley and !):mos. Nays: None.

<br />C-l Anderson MJved, Franke Seconded, to establish a Work Session
<br />imrediately following the Council rreeting for purposes of
<br />discussing possible ordinance changes regulating the sale of
<br />used cars and/or trucks and leasing vehicles; and procedures
<br />and standards for the conversion of apartrrent buildings to
<br />condomintullS. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Anderson, Franke, Curley
<br />and DeIros. Nays: None.

<br />0..1 Curley MJved, Kehr Seconded, that a letter be sent to the
<br />City's insurance carrier requesting that the claim of
<br />Char Nerheim, 3078 West (Masso Boulevard, be reconsidered
<br />for possible liability and payrrent of damages. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Anderson, Franke, Curley and DeIros. Nays: None.

<br />E-l Curley MJved, Kehr Seconded, that Michels Construction Corrpany
<br />request for minor variance to front and rear yard setbacks at
<br />1896 Merrill be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Anderson,
<br />Franke, CUrley and DeIros. Nays: None.

<br />E-2 Franke MJved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 6833
<br />approving plans for Highcrest Road, Project 78-15, and order-
<br />ing the advertiserrent of bids be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Anderson, Franke, Curley and De1ros. Nays: None.

<br />Franke MJved, Anderson Seconded, that Roseville concurs with
<br />the City of St. Anthony that parking is to be prohibited on
<br />the St. Anthony side of Highcrest Road after Project 78-15 is
<br />corrpleted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Anderson, Franke, Curley
<br />and Detros. Nays: None.

<br />ing feasibility report for Irrproverrent 79-8, Alta Vista
<br />utili ties, and ordering the irrproverrent and preparation of
<br />plans for both Plan A and Plan B, as rrodified, be adopted.
