Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, <br />Franke, Curley, Kehr and DeIros. Nays: None. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />B-1 Anderson M::>ved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 6853 <br />ordering InproveIreI1t S'I\-P-79-12, Lexington and County Road <br />C-2 area storm sewers and County Road C-2 street paving; and <br />authorizing the preparation of plans be adopted. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Anderson, Franke, Curley, Kehr and DeIros. Nays: None. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 6893 <br /> <br />B-2 Curley fuved, Kehr Seconded, that Roberts Construction, Inc. <br />request for special use perrni t and variance to floor area <br />ratio at 2805 Fairview be approved with the fo11CMing con- <br />ditions: <br /> <br />ROBERI'S <br />CONSTRUCI'ION <br /> <br />1) '!hat building be consistent with the site plan <br />presented. <br />2) '!hat drainage be approved by the City staff. <br />3) '!hat air conditioning corepressors be placed on <br />the ground or inside the building. <br />4) '!hat earth tone brick be useQ~:. <br />5) '!hat the plan be revised to provide additional plant- <br />ing according to Mr. Dahlgren's drawings along the <br />north and west side of the deve1oprrent. <br />6) '!hat landscaping and green area be provided on the <br />west side of the office building and the west side of <br />the warehouse. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Franke, Curley, Kehr and DeIros. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-3 Anderson M:::>ved, Curley Seconded, that Edward Widerski' s <br />request for division of lot at 386 Wagner Street be approved <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />EI:MARD WIDERSKI <br /> <br />1) '!hat a pennanent utility ease:rcent be retained over <br />that portion of Wagner being vacated. <br />2) '!hat a cul de sac of Wagner Street be built so none <br />of the cu1 de sac is located on the private property <br />on the north side of Wagner Street; and further, that <br />portions of Parcels 1 and 2 of the Widerski property <br />be dedicated to the City for the Wagner and Western <br />cul de sacs. <br />3) '!hat the north 20 feet of Parcels 1 and 2, Widerski <br />property, be dedicated as utility ease:rcents 0 <br />4) '!hat a cul de sac at the south end of Western be <br />petitioned for <br />5) That sanitary sewer and water utilities be extended <br />easterly along Wagner to Western Avenue <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Franke, Curley, Kehr and DeIros. <br />Nays: None. <br />
