A-I Kehr lvbved, Franke Seconded, that the minutes of the :rceeting of July 9, 1979, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Franke, Curley, Kehr and DeIros. Nays: None. MINUTES B-1 Anderson M::>ved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 6853 ordering InproveIreI1t S'I\-P-79-12, Lexington and County Road C-2 area storm sewers and County Road C-2 street paving; and authorizing the preparation of plans be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Franke, Curley, Kehr and DeIros. Nays: None. RESOLUTION NO. 6893 B-2 Curley fuved, Kehr Seconded, that Roberts Construction, Inc. request for special use perrni t and variance to floor area ratio at 2805 Fairview be approved with the fo11CMing con- ditions: ROBERI'S CONSTRUCI'ION 1) '!hat building be consistent with the site plan presented. 2) '!hat drainage be approved by the City staff. 3) '!hat air conditioning corepressors be placed on the ground or inside the building. 4) '!hat earth tone brick be useQ~:. 5) '!hat the plan be revised to provide additional plant- ing according to Mr. Dahlgren's drawings along the north and west side of the deve1oprrent. 6) '!hat landscaping and green area be provided on the west side of the office building and the west side of the warehouse. B-3 Anderson M:::>ved, Curley Seconded, that Edward Widerski' s request for division of lot at 386 Wagner Street be approved with the following conditions: EI:MARD WIDERSKI 1) '!hat a pennanent utility ease:rcent be retained over that portion of Wagner being vacated. 2) '!hat a cul de sac of Wagner Street be built so none of the cu1 de sac is located on the private property on the north side of Wagner Street; and further, that portions of Parcels 1 and 2 of the Widerski property be dedicated to the City for the Wagner and Western cul de sacs. 3) '!hat the north 20 feet of Parcels 1 and 2, Widerski property, be dedicated as utility ease:rcents 0 4) '!hat a cul de sac at the south end of Western be petitioned for 5) That sanitary sewer and water utilities be extended easterly along Wagner to Western Avenue Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Franke, Curley, Kehr and DeIros.
