<br />rreeting of August 20, 1979, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Curley lobved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 6886
<br />approving George Reiling's request for final plat at 3065

<br />B-2 Anderson lobved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 6887

<br />E-l Curley lobved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 6888
<br />accepting the lav bid from C. S. McCrossan in the arrount
<br />of $398,735.00 for Inproverrent 78-15 (Highcrest Road) and
<br />Inproverrent 78-9 (Lydia Court) be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />E-2 Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Hewlett Packard request
<br />for placerrent of t.errporary office structures at 2400 North
<br />Prior be approved with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1) '!hat the t.errporary office structures be renoved
<br />from the property no later than June 1, 1980.
<br />
<br />2) '!hat the applicant provide adequate parking facilities
<br />to assure that overflow parking does not occur on the
<br />street.

<br />be authorized to enter into a joint powers agreezrent with

<br />Roselawn Avenue from Fairview Avenue to Cleveland Avenue.
