<br />A-l Anderson MJved, Franke Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />neeting of Septerrber 24, 1979, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Franke, Anderson, Curley, Kehr and DemJs. Nays: None.

<br />Curley MJved, Kehr Seconded, that the Council join the Mayor
<br />in proclaiming the week of ~tober 8 - 14, 1979, as "Fire
<br />Prevention Week in the City of Roseville". Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Franke, Anderson, Curley, Kehr and D:mos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley MJved, Kehr Seconded, that the Cotmcil join the
<br />Mayor in proclaiming ~tober 7, 1979 as "Firefighters
<br />M=norial Sunday in the City of Roseville". Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Franke, Anderson, Curley, Kehr and D:mos. Nays: None.

<br />E-l Anderson MJved, Kehr Seconded, that the City advertise for
<br />~ers to serve on the Roseville Cable Conmunications
<br />Conmittee; and that review and possible appointrrent of
<br />comni ttee rrenbers occur at the November 5, 1979, rreeting.

<br />;-2 Anderson M:>ved, Franke Seconded, that the finn of George M.
<br />Hansen Conpany be retained to perfonn the 1979 audit for a
<br />sum not to exceed $10,500. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Anderson,
<br />Curley, Kehr and Dem::>s. Nays: None.

<br />E-3 Curley M:>ved, Kehr Seconded, that consideration of bids for
<br />Projects 79-3, 79-14 and 79-8 be continued to the November 5,
<br />1979 neeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Anderson, Curley,
<br />Kehr and DeIIDS. Nays: None.

<br />E-4 Anderson M:>ved, Franke Seconded, that the City Manager be
<br />authorized to accept the proposal with Hay Associates for
<br />consulting services in regard to an Ercployee Pay/Classifi-
<br />cation plan up to a maximum arrount of $3,800, said arrount to
<br />be appropriated from Contingency Funds. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Franke, Anderson, Curley, Kehr and D:mos. Nays: None.

<br />E-5 Curley fuved, Kehr Seconded, that the request of St. Rose of
<br />Lima Church for renewal of bingo license be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Franke, Anderson, Curley and Kehr. Nays: D:mos.
