<br />A-I Kehr r.bved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the neeting
<br />of CCtaber 1, 1979, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Franke, Anderson, Curley and DeIros. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Anderson r.bved, Kehr Seconded, that Sheehy Construction Coopany
<br />request for rezoning from R-l to B-1 at 2655 Snelling Avenue
<br />Frontage Road be approved, and that the request for withdrawal
<br />of the application for variance to parking setback and parking
<br />space size be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Anderson,
<br />Curley and DeIros. Nays: None.

<br />B-2 Franke r.bved, Anderson Seconded, that Patricia Lindahl's
<br />request for special use permit at 323 Grandview be approved
<br />with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That the operation of the beauty shop be limited to
<br />2 days per week, 8 hours per day.
<br />2. '!hat the special use permit e~ire CCtcher 15, 1982.
<br />3. That no signs be permitted on the property.

<br />B-3 Curley r.bved, Anderson Seconded, that Craig Hanson's request
<br />for division of lot, relocation of dwelling and variance to
<br />side yard setback at 1898 Chatsworth be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Franke, Anderson, Curley and Iaros. Nays: None.

<br />B-4 Kehr r.bved, Anderson Seconded, that Sam Cave's request for
<br />rezoning from R-l to R-2 and R-4, special use permit and pre-
<br />liminary plat at 2496 Fairview, 1754 Brooks, 1742 and 1753
<br />Bruce and 2480 thru 2496 Wheeler be denied. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Franke, Anderson and De.rros. Nays: Curley .

<br />B-5 Anderson r.bved, Franke Seconded, that David Burroff's appli-
<br />cation for on-sale and special Sunday liquor licenses at 2295
<br />Rice Street be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke,
<br />Anderson, Curley and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />C-l Franke r.bved, Anderson Seconded, that a special Council
<br />neeting be established for Wednesday, October 24, at 5: 00 PM
<br />in the City Hall for the purpose of canvassing the prima.:ry
<br />election. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Anderson, Curley
<br />and Iaros. Nays: None.

<br />Franke r.bved, Anderson Seconded, that a special Council
<br />neeting be established for Wednesday, Noverrber 7, at 5: 00 PM
<br />in the City Hall for the purpose of canvassing the regular
<br />election. Roll Call, Kehr, Franke, Anderson, Curley and Derros.
<br />Nays: None.
