<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the eleventh day of March, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, <br />Thomas, and Rog and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8667 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT NO. P-SS-W-91-13 <br />PURSUANT TO PETITION BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />-WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from all owners of the <br />real property abutting Albemarle Court, a new cul-de-sac in the Zeece <br />Addition south of County Road B and west of Rice Street in the City of <br />Roseville requesting that the Council install concrete curb and gutter, <br />bituminous paving, watermain, storm sewer, water and sanitary sewer <br />services, and watermain and necessary appurtenances at said location and <br />requesting that the entire cost of said improvement be assessed against <br />,their property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted January 28,' 1991, <br />a report has been prepared by the City Public Works Director with <br />reference to the improvement, and this report was received by the <br />Council on March 11, 1991; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owner of all property <br />affected by said requested improvement in accordance with <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.031, Subd. 3. <br /> <br />2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as proposed <br />in the report of the City Public Works Director. <br /> <br />3. The City Public Works Director is hereby designated as the <br />engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improvement~ <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council~ember Maschka and upon roll call vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Maschka, <br />Johnson, Thomas, and Rog and the following voted against the same: <br />None. <br />
