Hess, Jr. <br /> <br />3,166 <br />1,130 <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />Candidate <br /> <br />Votes <br /> <br />Cam Anderson <br />Harold Haugen <br /> <br />2,137 <br />2,128 <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />D:mos. <br /> <br />Franke, Curley, Anderson, Kehr and <br /> <br />E-2 Curley fuved, Kehr Seconded, that if a request for <br />recount of the Noverrber 6, 1979, Councilm3n election <br />is submitted, the City Manager is authorized to establish <br />and delegated the responsibility for conducting the re- <br />count; further the Manager shall notify, in writing, the <br />candidates advising them of the date, tirre and place of <br />the recount and that they may have counsel with them during <br />the recount procedures. The Manager, after the recount is <br />corrpleted, shall establish a rreeting of the City Council to <br />consider the recount. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, <br />Anderson, Kehr and Derros.
