<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />f <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 25th day of October, 2004, at 6:30 <br />p,m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Maschka, Ihlan, Schroeder and Klausing and the following <br />were absent: none. <br /> <br />Councilperson Kough introduced and moved the adoption ofthe following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10252 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORTS ON <br />IMPROVEMENTS FOR NEIGHBORHOODS 19, 22, and 32 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the street constmction needs of various neighborhoods in the City <br />and has tentatively selected neighborhoods for inclusion in the 2004 Pavement Management Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City of Roseville described below by one or more <br />of the following installations: bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, bituminous <br />overlay, and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429.111: <br /> <br />NEIGHBORHOOD NUMBERS AND DESCRIPTIONS <br /> <br />Nei!!hborhood Street From To <br />19/22 S. Owasso Boulevard Rice Street 3200 West RR Crossing <br />32 Chatsworth Street Grandview Lovell <br /> Lovell Ave Chatsworth cul- de- sac <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. The neighborhoods specified in the attached drawing are hereby approved for inclusion in the 2005 <br />Pavement Management Program. <br /> <br />2. The proposed improvements are referred to the City Engineer for study and she is instructed to report <br />to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether <br />they should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvements, and the <br />estimated cost of the improvements as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson <br />Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kough, Maschka, <br />Ihlan, Schroeder and Klausing and the following voted against the same: none. <br />
