<br />4. Extending the existing 8 inch water main (not a 6 inch as proposed) to the south <br />side of the town home to be constructed on Lot 10. <br /> <br />5. The proposed grading of the site being modified to eliminate overland drainage <br />from crossing the path. Said modification can include two locations for pipes to <br />carry drainage from the west to the east under the path and into the storm <br />management pond. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Maschka, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kough, <br />Maschka, Thlan, Schroeder, and Klausing, <br />and the following voted against: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
