The Interim Use Permit is good for up to three years from the date of Council approval, <br />but no longer than 60 days after the expiration or rescinding of the current moratorium. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Maschka, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kough, Maschka, Ihlan and <br />Klausing <br />and the following voted against: Schroeder <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
