<br />Section 2. <br /> <br />Findings. <br /> <br />2.01 Until the City has reviewed the petition, determined whether an EA W should be <br />prepared, concluded any required environmental review and, in cooperation with Rottlund, evaluated <br />the impact of such review upon the proposed redevelopment, Rottlund cannot proceed with the work <br />necessary to meet the December 31, 2004 and March 31, 2005 deadlines. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Authorizations. <br /> <br />3.01 The Council hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Manager (the "Officers") to <br />execute and deliver an amendment to the Contract which extends the December 31, 2004 deadline <br />until sixty (60) days after the City has ruled on the Concept Plan. The March 31,2005 deadline shall <br />also be extended by the same number of days. <br /> <br />2 <br />
