<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at <br />2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on October 25, 2004. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Maschka, Thlan, Schroeder and Klausing <br />and the following members were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10254 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO <br />SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR CONTAMINATION INVESTIGATION AND <br />RAP DEVELOPMENT GRANT FOR MOUNDS VIEW SCHOOL DISTRICT <br />HEADQUARTERS SITE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Roseville act as the legal sponsor for project(s) <br />contained in the Contamination Investigation and RAP Development Grant Program to <br />be submitted on November 1,2004 and that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby <br />authorized to apply to the Department of Employment and Economic Development for <br />funding of this project on behalf of the City of Roseville. <br /> <br />BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Roseville has approved the <br />Contamination Investigation and RAP Development grant application in the amount of <br />$14,976 submitted to the Department of Employment and Economic Development on <br />November 1, 2004 by the City of Roseville for the Mounds View School District <br />Headquarters site. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City ofRoseville has the legal authority to <br />apply for financial assistance, and the institutional, managerial, and financial capability to <br />ensure adequate proj ect administration. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sources and amounts of the local match in <br />the amount of $4,992 are committed to the project identified. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Roseville has not violated any <br />
