<br />rights-of-way, or alternatively, that they reimburse Minnesota cities for the labor, <br />supplies and equipment necessary to maintain State rights-of-way in a manner that is <br />consistent with local ordinances governing the upkeep of private property. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Ihlan, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Schroeder, Kough, Maschka, Ihlan and Klausing and the following voted against the <br />same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
