EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 20th day of December 2004, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present Ihlan, Kough, Scrhroeder, Maschka, and Klausing. and the following were absent none Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 10267 A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DA Y REVIEW PERIOD FOR THE FINAL DEVELOPMENT PUD REQUEST OF GREENHOUSE VILLAGE PROPERTIES, LLC on property at 1017 & 1021 LARPENTEUR AVENUE (PF3548) WHEREAS, an application was submitted by Greenhouse Village Propertied LLC for a Final Development PUD; and WHEREAS, the application was determined to be complete on November 10,2004; and WHEREAS, the 60-day review deadline is established as January 9,2005; and WHEREAS, the City Planner has determined that due to current work flow, limited City Council meeting dates, holidays, and previously established Council agendas, the time necessary for creating the appropriate report for Council consideration is limited. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, that the schedule for city review of the application FINAL DEVELOPMENT PUD application by Greenhouse Village Properties LLC be extended from January 9, 2005 to March 9,2005. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Schroeder and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Ihlan, Kough, Schoreder, Maschka and Klausing and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 1
