<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 20th <br />day of December 2004, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present Ihlan, Kough, Scrhroeder, Maschka, and Klausing. <br />and the following were absent none <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10267 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DA Y REVIEW PERIOD <br />FOR THE FINAL DEVELOPMENT PUD REQUEST OF GREENHOUSE VILLAGE <br />PROPERTIES, LLC on property at 1017 & 1021 LARPENTEUR AVENUE (PF3548) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application was submitted by Greenhouse Village Propertied LLC for a <br />Final Development PUD; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the application was determined to be complete on November 10,2004; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 60-day review deadline is established as January 9,2005; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Planner has determined that due to current work flow, limited City <br />Council meeting dates, holidays, and previously established Council agendas, the time necessary <br />for creating the appropriate report for Council consideration is limited. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City <br />of Roseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, <br />that the schedule for city review of the application FINAL DEVELOPMENT PUD application <br />by Greenhouse Village Properties LLC be extended from January 9, 2005 to March 9,2005. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Schroeder and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Ihlan, <br />Kough, Schoreder, Maschka and Klausing <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />1 <br />
