<br />Regular M:!eting of the City Council - March 10, 1980

<br />'lhe City Council met on the above date with the following merrbers
<br />present: Mayor DeIros, Councilmen Franke, Curley, Kehr and Anderson.
<br />
<br />A-l Kehr M::Jved, Franke Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of
<br />February 25, 1980, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley,
<br />Kehr, Anderson and DeIros. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />F-l Kehr M:wed, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 6928, amending
<br />the Stonn Sewer, Sanitary Sewer and Water Main Assessment Rates
<br />so that the basis in the future for assessments would be on a
<br />Percentage of the actual cost of the irrproverrent be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr, Anderson and DeIros.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />B-1 Curley llived, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 6929, ordering
<br />Irrproverrent Project P-79-l9 and authorizing the preparation of
<br />Final Plans be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr,
<br />Anderson and DeIros. Nays: None.

<br />B-2 Curley llived, Franke Seconded, that Resolution No. 6930 ordering
<br />Irrproverrent Project SS-t.v-79-20 and eliminating the paving and
<br />curb and gutter portion of the irrproverrent and authorizing the
<br />preparation of Final Plans be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Curley, Kehr, Anderson and DeIros. Nays: None.

<br />Curley llived, Kehr Seconded that a" Special Council M:!eting be
<br />established for April 7, 1980, beginning at 7: 30 P.M. in the
<br />City Hall Council Charrbers. P-oll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley,
<br />Kehr, Anderson and DeIros. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-3 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the Public Irrproverrent Hearing
<br />on Project P-79-2, Skillrran Avenue, be continued until the
<br />April 7, 1980, Council M:!eting. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Curley, Kehr, Anderson and DeIros. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-4 Curley llived, Kehr Seconded, that Roseville Properties request
<br />for Rezoning from B-1 and B- 3 to R:- 3A and variance to floor area
<br />ratio, nunber of garages required and requirerrent of the Ordinance
<br />which prohibits efficiency apartments at 2906 and 2930 Snelling
<br />Avenue be approved with the condition that the applicant provide
<br />storage space for each efficiency unit. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Curley, Kehr, Anderson and DeIros. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />C-l Curley llived, Kehr Seconded, that April 11, 1980, be established
<br />as the deadline for receiving applications for appointments to
<br />three positions on the Human Rights Conmission and one position
<br />on the Recreation Board and also setting April 14, 1980, as the
<br />date for rraking the appointments. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Curley, Kehr, Anderson and DeIros. Nays: None.
