<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - April 28, 1980.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Franke and
<br />Anderson. Members absent: Councilman Kehr and Curley.
<br />
<br />A-l Franke Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of April 14,1980, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Franke, Anderson and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />C-l Anderson Moved, Franke Seconded, that Robert Matson, 2774
<br />Dellwood Avenue; Rev. Daniel Zielske, 1697 Chatstorth,
<br />and Brenda Thomas, 2177 W. County Road B, be appointed to
<br />the Human Rights Commission for full 3 year terms expiring
<br />on March 31,1983. Further, that Ray Hermann, 2837 Matilda,
<br />be appointed to the Parks & Recreation Committee for a full
<br />3 year term expiring on March 31,1983. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Franke, Anderson and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />C-2 Anderson Moved, Franke Seconded, that the May 26, 1980 regular
<br />Council meeting be cancelled because it is a legal holiday.

<br />Anderson Moved, Franke Seconded, that a Council Work Session
<br />be established for Tuesday, May 6, 1980, at 5:30 P.M. in the
<br />City Hall for the purpose of conducting the City Manager's
<br />Performance Revi ew. Roll Ca 11, Ayes: Franke, Anderson and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Franke Moved, Anderson Seconded, that a special Council
<br />meeting be established for Tuesday, May 6, 1980, at 7:30 PM
<br />in the City Hall for the purpose of considering the petition
<br />submitted by the property owners on Skillman Avenue. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Franke, Anderson and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />D-l Franke Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 6941
<br />declaring the adequacy of a petition for underground street
<br />light at the intersection of Oxford Street and County Road C,
<br />identified as Project UL-80-l2; and ordering the preparation
<br />of a feasibility report be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Anderson and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />D-2 Franke Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 6942
<br />declaring the adequacy of a petition for the construction of
<br />underground electrical street lights on Mount Ridge Road be-
<br />tween County Road D and Brenner Avenue, identified as Improve-
<br />ment UL-80-l3; and ordering the preparation of a feasibility
<br />report be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Anderson and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.
