<br />meeting of May 12, 1980, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />B-1 Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that Mueller-Bies Funeral Home,
<br />Inc. request for special use permit at 475 Minnesota be
<br />approved with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That the property be developed as proposed on plans
<br />dated January 4, 1980 and revised May 15, 1980.
<br />
<br />2. That additional right-af-way required for the western
<br />portion of the circle of the cu1 de sac be dedicated by
<br />the applicant.
<br />

<br />Owasso Boulevard be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,

<br />for minor variance to front yard setback at 386 Wagner Street
<br />be approved with the condition that 30 feet of additional
<br />riqht-of-way be dedicated for Wagner Street. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Franke, Anderson, Kehr and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-5 Anderson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the Mayor be authorized
<br />to sign the Roseville Central Park Foundation Project Proposal
<br />No. 80-2 for construction of a boardwalk in Central Park.
