<br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Anderson, Kehr,

<br />meeting of July 14,1980, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />C-1 Kehr Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the Council establish
<br />a work session for 3:00 P.M., Tuesday, August 5,1980, for
<br />the purpose of reviewing the 1981 preliminary budget. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Anderson, Kehr, Curley, Franke and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />WORK SESSION
<br />
<br />E-l Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that Resolution No. 6989
<br />accepting the low bid of Forest Lake Contracting in the
<br />amount of $186,207.65 for the construction of Skillman Avenue,
<br />identified as Project 79-2, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Kehr, Curley, Franke and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-2 Anderson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 6990
<br />approving proposed special assessment rolls and establishing
<br />hearing date of August 25, 1980, on the following projects be
<br />adopted:

<br />P-77-3, P-78-7, P-78-9, P-78-l2, P-78-l5,
<br />SS-W-P-78-l7, ST-P-78-30, SS-W-P-78-31, M-79-1,
<br />SS-79-8, P-79-19, SS-W-79-20, SS-W-79-22, and
<br />Combined Improvements SS-W-ST-P-78-29 and
<br />ST-SW-79-4.

<br />establishing a policy requiring the inclusion of certain
<br />side lot streets in a petitioned-for street improvement be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Kehr, Curley, Franke
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Anderson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 6992
<br />establishing a policy providing a procedure for potential
<br />street reconstruction in the area of a petitioned - for
<br />street be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Kehr, Curley,
<br />Franke and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-4 Kehr Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Nature Valley Restaurant
<br />at 1901 West Highway 36, request for an on-sale malt beverage
<br />license be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Kehr, Curley,
