<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - August 11,1980.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Curley, Franke,
<br />Kehr and Anderson.
<br />
<br />A-l Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of July 28,1980, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Franke, Kehr, Anderson and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Kehr Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Nature Valley Restaurant's
<br />application for on-sale wine license at 1901 West Highway 36
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr, Anderson
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-l Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that James Suchy's request for
<br />division of lot at 1000 Burke Avenue be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr, Anderson and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />E-2 Anderson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 6993
<br />appointing election judges and alternate judges for the
<br />primary election on September 9, and the general election on
<br />November 4, 1980, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Franke, Kehr, Anderson and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-3 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that White Trucks request for
<br />variance to sign height and size at 2845 Long Lake Road be
<br />referred to the Planning Commission meeting of September 8,
<br />1980. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley Franke, Kehr Anderson and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Peter Connors' request
<br />for variance to side yard setback and to construct a garage
<br />in front of the house at 3077 Fairview Avenue be referred to
<br />the Planning Commission meeting of September 8, 1980. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr, Anderson and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that William Olson's request
<br />for variance to side yard setback and to keep an existing
<br />garage in front of the house at 2478 Hamline Avenue be re-
<br />ferred to the Planning Commission meeting of September 8,
<br />1980. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr, Anderson and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Gerald Jubert's request
<br />for relocation of a dwelling at 403 County Road B be referred
<br />to the Planning Commission meeting of September 8, 1980; and
<br />that the Council public hearing be established for the meeting
<br />of September 8, 1980. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr,
<br />Anderson and Demos. Nays: None.
