<br />, 2 <br /> <br />We found we could get an easement from this property owner, and <br />though it was a longer run, at least it was feasible, so after <br />discussion with the petitioners, the bid was altered through a <br />change order and the project was to build a sanitary sewer to <br />the parcels by constructing it out to Dale Street. <br /> <br />MR. POPOVICH: The total cost is $34,408.80. It was 100% <br />petitioned for and will be 100% assessed against the developer. <br />It's $7,135.42 for each lot for the five lots, spread over 20 <br />years with the normal interest and prepayment privilege. <br /> <br />There were no writren communications. <br /> <br />Mayor Demos announced that the meeting was open for the <br />consideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. <br />All persons present were given the opportunity to present oral <br />objections. <br /> <br />No one appeared to be heard. <br /> <br />Mayor Demos declared the hearing closed, and Councilman <br />Curley moved that the adoption of the proposed assessment be <br />continued to September 8, 1980 at 7:30 o'clock p. m. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Franke and the following voted <br />in favor thereof: AlIi and the following voted against: None. <br />The motion car ried. <br />
