2

This project called for a residential style roadway with
concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain, and
drainage. The watermain that was to dead-end at the end of the
cul-de-sac was looped to the nearest water line to complete the
better service. The only other portion of the job is some
minor catch basin work out near the end which is generally
considered incidental to the project.

MR. POPOVICH: The total published cost is $55,295.39.
This was 100% petitioned for. We had no feasibility hearing,
and it's being 100% assessed. Sanitary Sewer is $10,769, or
$1,794 per lot. Water is $18,678 or $3,113 per lot, and
street, curb and gutter is $25,846.98 or $4,307 per lot and you
add those three figures and that's the per lot assessment.

We recommend this be spread over 20 years with the usual
interest rate carrying charge and with normal rights of pre-
payment.

There were no writ ten communications.

Mayor Demos announced that the meeting was open for the
consideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment.
All persons present were given the opportunity to present oral
objections.

No one appeared to be heard.

Mayor Demos declared the hearing closed, and Councilman
Anderson moved that the adoption of the proposed assessment be
continued to September 8, 1980 at 7:30 o'clock p. m. The
motion was seconded by Councilman Kehr and the following voted
in favor thereof: AlIi and the following voted against: None.
The motion carried.
