<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Kehr, Anderson,
<br />Curley and Franke.

<br />A-l Kehr Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of August 25,1980, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Anderson, Curley, Franke and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Kehr Moved, Anderson Seconded, that El Torito Restaurant's
<br />application for on-sale and special Sunday liquor licenses
<br />at 1925 \-Jest Perimeter Road be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Anderson, Curley, Franke and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-2 Anderson Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Brothers Restaurant
<br />application for on-sale and Special Sunday liquor licenses at
<br />Rosedale Shopping Center be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Anderson, Curley, Franke and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />B-3 Franke Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Gerald Jubert's request
<br />for relocation of dwelling at 403 County Road B be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Anderson, Curley, Franke and Demos.

<br />B-4 Anderson ~~oved, Kehr Seconded, that consideration of the
<br />1981 Annual Budget be continued to the September 22, 1980
<br />Council fleeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Anderson, Curley,
<br />Franke and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />D-l Anderson r.1oved, Curley Seconded, that a Council Hork
<br />Session be established for 6:00 P.M., Monday, September 15,
<br />1980, at the Roseville City Hall. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Anderson, Curley, Franke and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-l Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that Mark Johnson's request
<br />for variance to retain a 6 foot high fence located on the
<br />property line adjacent to County Road D at 3116 Mildred
<br />Drive be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Franke
<br />and Demos. Nays: Anderson.
<br />
<br />E-2 Anderson Moved, Franke Seconded, that White Truck's request
<br />for variance to sign height, size and setback at 2845 Long
<br />Lake Road be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Anderson,
<br />Curley, Franke and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-3 Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Peter Connors'
<br />and Jacqueline Spies' request for variance to construct
<br />a garage in front of the house at 3077 Fairview Avenue
<br />be approved.

<br />request for variance to side yard setback and to keep an
<br />existing garage in front of the house at 2478 Hamline
