<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - September 22, 1980.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Anderson, Curley,
<br />Franke and Kehr.

<br />A-l Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of September 8, 1980, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Curley, Franke, Kehr and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />C-l Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that applications will be
<br />accepted until December 1, 1980, on the pending vacancy
<br />on the Police Civil Service Commission. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Curley, Franke, Kehr and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-l Franke Moved, Curley Seconded, that Norman Maguire's
<br />request for minor variance to side yard setback at 2346
<br />Top Hill Circle be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson
<br />Curley, Franke, Kehr and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-2 Anderson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Evelyn Franklin's
<br />request for minor variance to front yard setback at 2115
<br />Fulham Street be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Curl ey, Franke, Kehr and Demos. Nays:- None.

<br />E-3 Anderson Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request of the
<br />YMCA's Camp DuNord and Widjiwagan to hold a second garage
<br />sale for 1980 on October 2, 3, 4 and 5 at 1170 West County
<br />Road B be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley,
<br />Franke, Kehr and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-4 Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 7031
<br />adopting the annual budget for the fiscal year be9inning
<br />January 1, 1981 and ending December 31, 1981 be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Franke, Kehr and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 7032
<br />certifying the tax levy to the County Auditor for collection
<br />during 1981 for purposes of operatin9 the City of Roseville
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Franke,
<br />Kehr and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 7033
<br />instructing the County Auditor to reduce the established
<br />tax 1 evy for Gal f Course Bonds, Water Improvement Bonds,
<br />General Improvement Bonds and Sanitary Sewer Bonds be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Franke, Kehr and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
