<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - October 13, 1980.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Curley, Kehr,
<br />Franke and Anderson.
<br />
<br />A-l Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of September 22, 1980, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Kehr, Franke, Anderson and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Anderson Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 7041
<br />ordering Improvement UL-80-l2, underground street light at
<br />Oxford and County Road C be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Kehr, Franke, Anderson and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7042
<br />ordering Improvement UL-80-l3, underground street lights
<br />on Mount Ridge Road north of Brenner be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke, Anderson and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 7043
<br />ordering Improvement M-80-l5, Woodruff Alley, be adopted
<br />with the stipulation that the City will not maintain the
<br />alley. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke, Anderson
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />C-l Anderson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that a Council Work Session
<br />be established immediately following the October 27, 1980,
<br />Council meeting for the purpose of discussing Industrial
<br />Revenue Bonds. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke,
<br />Anderson and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-l Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Michael Jerry's request
<br />for division of lot at 244 Minnesota Avenue be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke, Anderson and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />E-2 Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that Marvin Huiras's request
<br />to withdraw his application for special use permit and var-
<br />iances to building size and setback at 2537 Snelling Curve
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke,
<br />Anderson and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-3 Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that Mark Metz's request
<br />for minor variance to front and side yard setback at
<br />2896 Matilda Street be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Kehr, Franke, Anderson and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-4 Anderson Moved, Franke Seconded, that Richard Flesher's
<br />request for minor variance to side yard setback at 2774
<br />Huron Street be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr,
<br />Franke, Anderson and Demos. Nays: None.
