CITY OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the City Council, December 8, 1980. The City Council met on the above date with the following memberi present: Acting Mayor CurlJY, Councilmen Franke" and Kehr. Absent: Mayor Demos. Vacant: One. A-l Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of November 24, 1980, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr and Curley. Nays: None. B-1 Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Same Cavels request for variance to front yard setback and preliminary plat at Outlot A, Cavels North Boundary Subdivision be approved with the following conditions: 1. That the applicant agrees to reimburse the City of Roseville for vacation of the easement in an amount equal to the original cost to the City plus the in- terest that would have been earned by the City since the date of purchase. 2. That the applicant will pay the City of Roseville storm sewer charges in the amount of $590.00 per lot ($1,770.00 total). 3. That the applicant agrees to re-grade, restore and resod the existing ponding area in such a manner as to assure proper drainage and the continuance of the area in a dry and maintainable condition, subject to approval of the Public Works Director, inc]uding the reinstallation of a concrete drainage ditch around the new perimeter of the ponding area. 4. That the applicant agrees to fill only as shown on the plan dated 10-15-80, subject to final approval of the Public Works Director. 5. That the applicant specifies that no slopes will exceed 3:1. 6. That the applicant agrees to extend the existing 12" and 21" storm sewer outlets off Evelyn to the westerly property line of the parcel. 7. That the applicant aqrees to pay street light assess- ments on the property. 8. That the applicant agrees to provide storm sewer easements, to-wit: . (a) 30 foot easement runnipg along the south side of Lot 3 as proposed; (b) 30 foot easement running along the north side of Lot 1 as proposed. 7:30 P.M. MINUTES SAM CAVE
